  1. Dont understand these sentences from the quartet 1 chapter 3 Listening excersice 1 富士登山の計画

    1. ア:そっか。じゃあ、人気の「吉田ルート」はどう?道が安全で歩きやすいって聞いたけど。

    研:うーん。人気があるルートは人が多いから、ゆっくり歩かないといけないことがあるんだよね。登るスピードがゆっくりだと、登山経験が長い4年生はいらいらしたり、疲れたりするかも

    Does the ことがある mean “sometimes” here?

    Also got no idea what the 長い4年生 part in 登山経験が長い4年生はいらいらしたり、疲れたりするかも means. I understand what Ken is saying as:

    “Since theres a lot of people in the popular route, you sometimes have to walk slow. When the climbing speed is slow, the climbing experience…long 4 year students(?) might get annoyed and tired”?

  2. hi hi. does this sentence look okay to you?

    驚いたことに、私は家に入りたとたん、ペットの子犬が吠えた。

    主語=私
    述語=入りたとたん (すぐに家に帰りた)

  3. もう帰ってよろしい : Please explain how もう modifies this sentence. It seems to be complete without it.

  4. I am looking for a way to write down kanji to find dictionary meanings while I’m playing games (currently playing MH: World and it does not contain furigana) I recently downloaded Yomitan for my browser but it does not extend past that obviously. I seen a clip of someone writing down a kanji and it showing a dictionary meaning but can’t find it anymore any help would be appreciated 🙂
